  • How do I pay rent?

    Rent can be paid securely through our Tenant Portal by bank transfer, debit, or credit card.

  • How do maintenance requests work?

    Tenants can submit requests anytime through the online portal. Licensed vendors are dispatched, and owners are kept updated.

  • How much is the security deposit?

    Standard deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Applicants with lower credit scores (600–649) may be required to provide an additional deposit.

  • How do I access the Resident Portal?

    Once approved, you’ll receive a secure login to pay rent, set up autopay, request maintenance, and view your lease documents anytime.

  • Can I renew my lease?

    Yes. We’ll contact you 60–90 days before your lease ends with renewal options. Residents in good standing are always welcome to renew.

  • What if I need to move out early?

    Early lease termination is subject to your lease terms. Contact us directly and we’ll guide you through the process.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Many of our properties are pet-friendly. Acceptance depends on the property and HOA/condo rules. In general:

    • Pets under 30 lbs are commonly accepted.
    • Certain breeds (e.g., Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Shepherds) may be restricted by insurance.
    • A one-time non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent may apply.
    • Proof of vaccinations and licensing is required.
